Pengaruh job resources dan kepemimpinan Islam terhadap kinerja perawat dengan keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh job resources dan kepemimpinan Islam terhadap kinerja perawat dengan keterikatan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena peningkatan kinerja perawat yang terus berlangsung dalam organisasi layanan kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh perawat di RSI Sultan Agung Semarang, sedangkan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling pada layanan rawat inap sehingga diperoleh 90 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa job resources, kepemimpinan Islam, dan keterikatan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perawat. Kepemimpinan Islam menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, sedangkan pengaruh job resources terhadap keterikatan kerja bersifat positif namun tidak signifikan. Selain itu, keterikatan kerja tidak memediasi hubungan antara job resources dan kinerja perawat, tetapi secara parsial memediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan Islam dan kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu rumah sakit sehingga generalisasi temuan masih terbatas, fokus responden hanya pada perawat rawat inap tanpa mempertimbangkan variasi karakteristik antar unit, serta variabel penelitian yang belum mencakup faktor lain yang berpotensi memengaruhi kinerja Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur mengenai kinerja perawat dengan menekankan peran mediasi keterikatan kerja dalam menjelaskan pengaruh job resources dan kepemimpinan Islam.
