Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh keamanan psikologis dan kepercayaan pada manajemen terhadap employee engagement, serta menelaah peran tipe kepemimpinan manajerial sebagai prediktor langsung dan moderator pada karyawan sektor industri di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan survei cross-sectional, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keamanan psikologis, kepercayaan pada manajemen, dan tipe kepemimpinan manajerial berkontribusi positif terhadap employee engagement. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tipe kepemimpinan manajerial memperkuat hubungan antara keamanan psikologis dan employee engagement, tetapi tidak memperkuat hubungan antara kepercayaan pada manajemen dan employee engagement. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun lingkungan kerja yang aman secara psikologis, memperkuat kepercayaan pada manajemen, dan mengembangkan praktik kepemimpinan yang mendukung keterikatan kerja karyawan.
